The contract covers the acceptance, processing and recovery of 6,300 Mg (+/- 10%) of PPK waste from the Würzburg city area, including licensed packaging waste for which the Dual Systems do not assert a claim for surrender. Acceptance will take place at two acceptance points defined by the contracting authority. Recovery must be carried out in compliance with the applicable regulations. The contract includes documentation of material flow management. Note: Under point 6, 1,553,737.50 EUR is stated both as the “value of all contracts awarded in this notice” and as the “value of the tender.” The actual contract value determined is –1,553,737.50 EUR.
