Opportunity description

Klinikum Ingolstadt GmbH intends to award the provision of laboratory pathology diagnostic services to an external laboratory. The contract includes the complete processing of histological and cytological samples, including standard and special stains as well as molecular pathology procedures. The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a service contract for the complete processing and reporting of histological and cytological samples. The scope of services includes biopsies, surgical specimens and cytological material within the framework of an estimable monthly volume. The spectrum includes standard and special stains, immunohistochemical analyses and molecular pathology procedures (PCR, FISH, if applicable NGS). This includes regular participation in tumor conferences and intraoperative frozen sections. The contract term is 4 years with the option of automatic extension by a maximum of 2x2 years. The laboratory partner assumes responsibility for the entire transport logistics. High diagnostic quality (accreditation, proficiency tests) and reliable reporting turnaround times are required.
