Opportunity description
GeNo intends to replace the existing thin-client operating room PCs with devices that meet the requirements for the use of IGEL OS 12. Quantity: 190 devices. Target group: Medical professionals. The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of operating room PC thin-client hardware (ACL OP-PC 24 or equivalent; 190 devices), pre-installed with IGEL OS 12 or a successor version, including central management via IGEL Universal Management Suite, on-site hardware replacement service (3 days), and a minimum warranty of 36 months. All components put out to tender must be supplied. The IGEL licenses, including their IGEL terms of use, are not part of this invitation to tender for the thin clients. The IGEL licenses will be provided to the contractor by the contracting authority so that the corresponding IGEL OS can be installed at the factory, allowing the thin clients to be delivered pre-installed. The 190 operating room PC thin clients must be delivered no later than within 10 weeks after the award of the contract (award expected in October 2026). Further requirements concerning the delivery and the PCs to be supplied can be found in the specifications. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
