Germany – Personal computers – Supply of thin-client PCs with preinstalled IGEL OS 12

GeNo intends to replace the existing thin-client PCs with devices that meet the requirements for the use of IGEL OS 12. Quantity: 2,100 devices. Target group: Medical professionals, IT personnel, general users. The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of thin-client hardware (Dell Pro Micro Thin Client Q9M1260 or equivalent; 2,100 devices), preinstalled with IGEL OS 12 or a successor version, including central management via IGEL Universal Management Suite, on-site hardware replacement service (3 days), and a minimum warranty of 36 months. All components put out to tender must be supplied. The IGEL licenses, including their IGEL terms of use, are not part of this invitation to tender for the thin clients. The IGEL licenses will be provided to the contractor by the contracting authority so that the corresponding IGEL OS can be installed at the factory, enabling the thin clients to be delivered preinstalled. The 2,100 thin-client PCs must be delivered no later than within 6 weeks after the award of the contract (award expected in October 2026).
