It is intended to conclude active-ingredient-specific discount agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) concerning the supply of finished medicinal products in accordance with the procurement documents made available electronically. The procurement is divided into active-ingredient-specific lots. For details, reference is made to the contractual terms and conditions and the price sheets for the individual lots, which form part of the procurement documents. Conclusion of a generic-drug discount agreement for the above-mentioned active ingredient. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to two (lots 1–56, internal identifier 001–056) or up to three (lots 57–102, internal identifier 057–102) pharmaceutical companies.
