Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) under a so-called "open-house procedure." Subject to uniform contractual terms and conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for the active substance specified in the procurement notice. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents and the agreement from the specified contact address (rabattvertraege@kkh.de). Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance (ATC) specified under BT-21-Lot and, where applicable, restricted to certain dosage forms, under a so-called "open-house procedure." Subject to uniform contractual terms and conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active substance. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents and the agreement from the specified contact address. A prerequisite for concluding an agreement is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents completed in full and signed. An agreement will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. There is no exclusivity. Accession or conclusion of the agreement may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. Should KKH conduct a procurement procedure for exclusive agreements for the active substances in the form of an open procedure during the term of the agreement, the agreements concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
