Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance(s) under a so-called "open-house procedure". Subject to uniform contractual terms and conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or accede to a rebate agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V for the active substance specified in the invitation to tender. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents and the contract from the specified contact address (rabattvertraege@kkh.de). Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter KKH) aims to conclude rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance (ATC) specified under BT-21-Lot and, where applicable, restricted to certain dosage forms, under a so-called "open-house procedure". Subject to uniform contractual terms and conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or accede to a rebate agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active substance. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents and the contract from the specified contact address. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents fully completed and signed. A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is granted. Accession or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. Should KKH conduct an invitation to tender for exclusive contracts for the active substances in the form of an open procedure during the contractual term, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
