The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance testosterone (ATC: G03BA03 - in gel dosage form) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or accede to a rebate agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies may request the participation documents and the respective contract from the specified contact address. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company fully completes and signs the requested participation documents. Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance testosterone (ATC: G03BA03 - in gel dosage form), with the possibility of concluding an agreement at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. There is no exclusivity. Accession or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. On this basis, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the start of the contract. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active substances during the contract term in accordance with the relevant public procurement provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Section 103 GWB or public procurement law. To ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended contract conclusions, publication is made in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of an appropriate publication form, the contract notice is used.
