Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Supply of pharmacy-only medicinal products and medical devices to the correctional facilities of the State of Saxony-Anhalt for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030

Opportunity description

The contracted pharmacy shall provide the Raßnitz Juvenile Detention Centre and the Burg correctional facility (including the facility for detention in preventive custody), as well as the Halle and Volkstedt correctional facilities, with the following services: a. Supply and disposal of pharmacy-only medicinal products with corresponding application of Section 4 (pharmacy-only medicinal products), paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, of the Medicinal Products Directive/AM-RL, b. Supply of medical devices (Section 2 of the Ordinance Regulating the Dispensing of Medical Devices (Medical Devices Dispensing Ordinance – (MPAV)), c. Administrative services, d. Information and advice (Section 20 of the Pharmacy Operations Ordinance – (ApBetrO)). The obligation to supply pharmacy-only medicinal products also includes maintaining an adequate basic stock of antiviral medicinal products and providing vaccines for the care of prisoners in the event of a pandemic.
