Rental/service contract for the provision and full-service maintenance of 78 digital copiers or multifunction devices for a term of 48 months beginning on 01.03.2027 A rental/service contract is to be awarded for the provision and full-service maintenance of 78 digital copiers or multifunction devices for a term of 48 months beginning on 01.03.2027 and ending on 28.02.2031. The service consists of providing and servicing 78 devices at locations in school, childcare and administrative buildings of the City of Heidelberg in accordance with the following performance specifications (Section II) and the attached equipment list. In addition, the contracting authority must be granted the option, during the first year of the contract term, to call off additional devices as needed for use in offices within the Heidelberg city area under these tender conditions. Whether devices will be requested and how many devices will be called off if needed depends on demand that cannot currently be quantified. The rental period for the additionally called-off devices runs until 29.02.2032. If the call-off right is exercised, the remuneration for each optional device shall be determined according to the tender prices (total monthly price; price for additional copies) for the respective device type.
