Opportunity description
Delivery and implementation of a CRM system at the contracting authority as described in the service description and the requirements catalog, together with system services, training services, further developments, and adaptation of the overall system following acceptance. The University of Stuttgart intends to take a significant development step in the IT-supported support and administration of its diverse contact and relationship groups—particularly with regard to students, alumni, cooperation partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders—and is seeking to introduce a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The aim is to systematically consolidate and professionalize the communication and administrative processes that have thus far often been carried out in a decentralized and heterogeneous manner and to digitize them within a uniform, data-protection-compliant infrastructure. To meet these needs, the contracting authority plans to procure and introduce a CRM system that digitally supports the entire strategic relationship management process in the relevant fields of application. The procurement will take the form of a SaaS solution operated in the cloud. In addition to providing the system, the services also include implementation based on defined use cases (workflows), the provision of training, the provision of system services for the production launch, as well as maintenance and support. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
