Opportunity description

Framework agreement with a maximum of 4 economic operators for the procurement of external personnel services in the form of executive search (headhunting) and support for internal and external personnel selection procedures for certain specialist and (senior) management positions or key positions Conclusion of a framework agreement with 4 economic operators for the provision of external personnel services (headhunting) to fill certain specialist and management positions at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund (locations Berlin, Brandenburg a.H., Gera, Stralsund, Würzburg, rehabilitation centers nationwide). Individual contracts will be awarded in mini-competitions by means of negotiated procedures. In this process, all contractual partners will be contacted and requested to submit new tenders; in addition to price, quality will also be evaluated as an award criterion. During the contractual term of 4 years, it is assumed that approximately 16 positions will need to be filled. The following senior functions at management level F 1 and C-directorate level will primarily be sought: • Heads of department in pay grade B2/B3 BBesO or a special contract with non-collectively agreed remuneration corresponding to pay grade B2/B3 BBesO • Chief Information Officer in pay grade B5 BBesO or a special contract with non-collectively agreed remuneration corresponding to pay grade B5 BBesO • Chief Operation Officer in civil-service pay grade B5 BBesO or a special contract with non-collectively agreed remuneration corresponding to pay grade B5 BBesO • Chief Service Officer in civil-service pay grade B5 BBesO or a special contract with non-collectively agreed remuneration corresponding to pay grade B5 BBesO In addition, the following occupational groups will primarily be sought: • Professorship for the Department of Social Insurance at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences, particularly specializing in economic and social sciences as well as law, in pay grade B2 BBesO or a special contract with non-collectively agreed remuneration • Male and female physicians for the headquarters at the Berlin location, including the DRV Bund rehabilitation centers represented nationwide, in pay grade A 14/A 15 or remuneration group E 14/E 15 TV EntgO-DRV • Male and female engineers in pay grades A 12 to A16 or remuneration groups E 12 to E 15 TV EntgO-DRV or a special contract with non-collectively agreed remuneration TV EntgO-DRV • Male and female architects in pay grades A12 to A15 or remuneration groups E 12 to E 15 TV EntgO-DRV • Key IT functions (High Expert) in pay grades A12 to A15 or remuneration groups E 12 to E 15 TV EntgO-DRV • if applicable, other shortage occupations in accordance with DRV Bund specifications Procedure: open.
