New Fire Service Center in Neustadt-Glewe - Lot 314 - Drywall Construction, Wooden Interior Doors, WC Partitions (Building Section 3) For the above-mentioned construction project, the Ludwigslust-Parchim District will carry out the drywall construction work, including the wooden interior doors and WC partitions for Building Section 3, from February 2027. BT03: - approx. 310m2 drywall partitions - approx. 415m2 wall linings - approx. 60m2 shaft walls - approx. 50m WC partition system incl. 22 doors - 8 privacy screens - 2 shower partition systems incl. doors - 3 movable partitions with acoustic requirements (lengths: 1 unit 11.65m & 2 units 15.28m) - approx. 960m2 suspended plasterboard ceilings - approx. 420m2 grid ceiling system - approx. 1,000m2 grid ceiling system with acoustic requirements - approx. 140m2 grid ceiling system for kitchen area (hygiene requirements) - 35 round acoustic islands with wire-rope suspension D=75cm - 35 round acoustic islands with wire-rope suspension D=140cm - 8 double-leaf wooden interior doors with fire protection requirements - 22 single-leaf wooden interior doors with fire protection requirements - 20 single-leaf wooden interior doors without fire protection requirements - etc. The construction schedule will be regularly adjusted to reflect construction progress.
