Opportunity description

The construction project involves the new extension building for the Marie-Curie-Gymnasium in 16540 Hohen Neuendorf. The building directly adjoins the existing building, has a partial basement and three above-ground storeys (ground floor–2nd upper floor). The net floor area is approximately 1,670 m², and the gross volume is approximately 7,000 m³. The new extension will be constructed using reinforced concrete (mixed construction: prefabricated and semi-prefabricated elements and cast-in-place concrete) with an ETICS façade. As part of the structural works, there will be minor interventions in the cafeteria of the existing building. School operations must be able to continue without restrictions throughout the entire construction period. Brief description/approximate quantities of the services put out to tender under this lot: - Drywall partitions (approx. 470 m², single/double studs, some with fire protection/for wet rooms), - Ceiling systems (approx. 1,067 m² wood wool, washable mineral fibre, F30/F0, acoustic inserts), - one mobile partition wall (approx. 22 m²), - 3 WC partition systems (3 cubicles each) Procedure: open.
