Germany – Plasterboard works – Theodor-Heuss-Schule, extension to a 3.5-form-entry primary school with afternoon care - Drywall construction

The City of Hanau is planning two extensions to the existing Theodor-Heuss-Schule at Jürgen-Sticher-Platz 1. The extension is intended to make the primary school a 3.5-form-entry school and provide pupils with an all-day program. This invitation to tender includes drywall construction works (walls and ceilings), interior plastering works, painting, wallpapering and coating works in two new buildings and in parts of the existing building. Gypsum plaster and lime-cement plaster will be used. Scope of drywall wall works: - Gypsum plasterboard wall surfaces approx. 330 m²; - Gypsum plasterboard wall linings with and without fire protection requirements approx. 210 m². Scope of drywall ceiling works: - Gypsum plasterboard ceilings, acoustic ceiling, perforated with filled border approx. 230 m²; - Acoustic ceiling made of wood-wool lightweight panels approx. 750 m²; - Real-wood acoustic panel ceiling approx. 140 m²; - Mineral-fiber grid ceiling approx. 120 m²; - Mineral-fiber hygiene grid ceiling approx. 40 m². Scope of interior plastering works in the new building: - Wall surfaces approx. 2,850 m²; - Existing wall surfaces approx. 50 m²; - Ceiling surfaces approx. 20 m². Scope of painting and wallpapering works: - Painting works (ceilings + walls) approx. 4,200 m²; - Wallpapering works (painter's fleece) approx. 3,300 m². Scope of coating works: - Coating works on stair balustrade approx. 45 m; - Coating works on steel doors approx. 30 units.
