Opportunity description

Construction of approx. 485m² of drywall partitions and approx. 465m² of suspended ceilings, including approx. 490m² of wall cladding and approx. 105m² of ceiling cladding in damp rooms with the corresponding requirements, as well as approx. 190m² of wall cladding and approx. 45m² of ceiling cladding in wet rooms with the corresponding requirements, construction of approx. 170m² of partition walls with fire protection requirement F90. Construction of an acoustic ceiling, approx. 123m². Construction of reveal cladding on windows and doors, approx. 140 linear metres. Construction of direct wall cladding on OSB, approx. 335m² up to a height of 4m and approx. 280m² up to a height of 8m, partly with requirements for damp or wet rooms. Construction of a non-combustible thermal insulation layer made of multi-layer wood-wool panels with acoustic requirements, room height up to approx. 8m, approx. 411m². Procedure: open.
