Plastering and stucco work (DIN 18 350); Context of the construction project, Badhaus repair measure: The construction project in question involves the renovation of a listed bathhouse. The building is part of a historic spa complex that extends along the park promenade of Wilhelmsbad State Park and forms its centerpiece. The repair measure for the bathhouse is part of the planned renovation of all buildings in the listed ensemble. The adjoining arcade building to the west has already been renovated. The bathhouse was built in 1777/78 according to plans by Franz Ludwig von Cancrin as the first of the four pavilions on the Wilhelmsbad Promenade. It has two full stories, as well as a mansard story and an attic story. There is a small crawl cellar beneath the staircase. In summary, the following services are to be provided for the facade plastering work trade: - approx. 340 m2 base-coat and finish-coat plaster system in the FL lime plaster system, worked up to sandstone surrounds, sandstone portal and wooden roof cornices, - masonry preparation by raking out and repointing joints, in partial areas, - approx. 55 m bridging of cracks and material transitions using stainless-steel plaster reinforcement, - approx. 75 m continuous special detail comprising an offset plaster edge against the ground, sealing slurry, - 3 units of mock chimney cladding, including plaster carrier board and plaster coating on a timber structure provided on site, - associated facade protection and cleaning work. -Use of fairly traded products -Ecologically sustainable products -Innovatively oriented products and services Procedure: open.
