Description of the work: The listed building of the Museum of Hamburg History is to undergo renovation and remodeling. The planned measures include the comprehensive modernization and renovation of all floors, focusing on the structural measures required for the redesign of the permanent exhibition on the 1st and 2nd upper floors, as well as the redesign and restructuring of visitor infrastructure, educational areas, museum shop, and restaurant. The museum has a net room area of approx. 13,400m² and a gross floor area of approx. 17,500m². In addition, the covered inner courtyard and the outdoor facilities are also considered as part of the measures. The present schedule of services concerns plastering work in the interior. The services essentially comprise the following: - Cleaning existing substrates (approx. 5000 m2) - Partial testing of existing substrates, old plaster/masonry, for tensile adhesion strength (approx. 250 m2) - Application of bonding coats with lime plaster mortar & clay adhesive mortar (approx. 1440 m2) - Lime mortar spatter coat as a preparatory measure (approx. 3800 m2) - Application of base coat and finishing plaster as lime plaster (approx. 4330) - Application of base coat and finishing plaster as renovation plaster with lime-cement lightweight plaster mortar (approx. 6975 m2) - Application of lime-cement mortar for tile covering (approx. 850 m2) - Application of clay plaster (approx. 1500 m2) - Demolition, leveling of base plaster, and application of renovation plaster as functional plaster (approx. 450 m2) - Disposal of demolition waste from damaged existing substrates (approx. 2t) Execution (including preparatory work, in particular shop and installation planning) must begin immediately after the contract is awarded.
