The tendered service comprises the following partial services of the overall service: - Protective measures and removal of newer façade plaster, additions - Façade plastering work (exterior) - Painting work (exterior) --- --- --- The bill of quantities includes, among other things: - approx. 85m² ground covering (fleece) - approx. 125m² façade protection ("hay fleece") - approx. 570m² removal of old plaster and cleaning of the façade surfaces - approx. 476m² leveling plaster (lime) - approx. 530m² finishing plaster (lime) - approx. 40m² pore base and fine-pore plaster (plinth - cement-free) - approx. 570m² lime slurry - approx. 24m² coatings on wood (linseed oil), as well as metal profiles Procedure: open.
