Opportunity description

The City of Gronau (Westf.) is currently constructing the new Grüne-Aue-Schule building. The primary school is being built in the west of the City of Gronau (Westf.) on a brownfield site along the former railway line between Marschallstraße to the north and Steinstraße and Brookstraße to the south. An area of approximately 5,500 m² is available to the school for the new building. The ground floor and upper floor of the future school building will be constructed using a timber-hybrid construction method. The partial basement will be made of watertight concrete. The building will have a flat-roof structure with a final green roof and a photovoltaic system in some areas. In this procurement procedure, the sanitary installation in accordance with DIN 18381 is being put out to tender. The works comprise delivery and installation of: - a nominal size 4 grease separator with integrated pumping station, disposal shaft, outdoor cabinet and accessories - 15 floor drains DN 50 to DN 100, 4.2 m slotted channel for drainage, one stainless-steel floor tray 800 * 830 mm - a small lifting unit and a pumping station for smoke extraction light wells - 171 m PP pipe DN 50 - DN 100 (sound-insulated) and 20 m PE pipe 63 mm as a pressure pipe - fire protection penetrations for the pipes and approximately 22 fire protection collars - 500 m stainless-steel pipe as a drinking-water pipe, 15 to 35 mm outside diameter, including insulation and fire protection penetrations - one domestic water station DN 40, 9 shut-off devices DN 15 to DN 32, 2 stainless-steel wall cabinets for water/ electricity/ three-phase current - 24 washbasins, some wheelchair-accessible, with electronic fittings, - ten rimless WCs, - three accessible WCs with folding grab rails and electronic flushing activation, - two accessible shower systems, - four waterless urinals, - various accessories, - three sink connections, - three slop sinks - four electric instantaneous water heaters Also put out to tender are the commissioning, documentation and maintenance of the aforementioned sanitary installations.
