Opportunity description

GESOBAU AG intends to refurbish and modernize residential building group 3246. Residential building group 3246 comprises buildings 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.1 and 12. The Hellersdorf municipal estate, developed in the 19th century as a sewage irrigation estate, is to be developed into a new, active and attractive center for the adjacent residential development, offering culture, work and leisure. The existing building ensemble will be renovated and supplemented by public, multifunctional square and garden areas. The services described here concern the sanitary, heating and ventilation installations for buildings 1, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 12. The following services are planned: - Complete replacement of the sanitary installation (wastewater, rainwater, drinking water) - Complete replacement of the heating installation (district heating building substations, distribution networks, heating surfaces) - Complete replacement of the ventilation installation (individual and central ventilation units) - Complete replacement of the building connections (drinking water, wastewater, rainwater, district heating) Scope of services: - Supply and install approx. 130 panel radiators incl. accessories - Supply and install approx. 520 m² of underfloor heating - Supply and install approx. 1,990 m of stainless-steel piping systems in various dimensions - Dismantle and dispose of approx. 2 oil-fired boilers up to 100 kW - Dismantle and dispose of approx. 6 heating-oil tanks, each with a capacity of 2,700 l - Supply and install approx. 305 m of PE/PP wastewater piping systems in various dimensions - Supply and install approx. 630 m of multilayer composite drinking-water piping systems in various dimensions - Approx. 64 sanitary fixtures incl. supply and disposal connections - Supply and install approx. 30 demand-controlled single-room ventilation units in accordance with DIN18017 - Supply and install approx. 3 decentralized ceiling-mounted ventilation and air-conditioning units for heating building 10 - Supply and install approx. 245 m of duct systems made of spiral-seam pipes in various dimensions Procedure: open.
