Heating, ventilation and sanitary works HVS works for the Brockdorf Master Plan involving extension and conversion measures at Brockdorf Primary School and the GW Brockdorf clubhouse, as well as the new construction of Brockdorf Kindergarten with cafeteria. Scope of services includes: •Air/water heat pump systems as a cascade system with buffer storage tanks and local heating pipelines •Underfloor heating systems incl. heating circuit manifolds •Heating, drinking water and wastewater installations in stainless steel and PE pipe systems •Decentralized and centralized hot water production •Centralized and decentralized ventilation systems with heat recovery •Air duct, spiral duct, fire protection and sound attenuator systems •Sanitary fixtures incl. WC facilities, accessible sanitary areas and partition wall systems •Core drilling, fire protection seals and dismantling work in the existing building •Mobile construction-site heating during the conversion phase Key quantities: •2 air/water heat pumps as a cascade system, each with approx. 50 kW heating capacity •2 buffer storage tanks, each with 3,000 l, and 1 buffer storage tank with approx. 1,500 l capacity •approx. 370 m of local heating pipelines for building and heat pump connections •approx. 17,700 m of underfloor heating pipe incl. heating circuit manifolds and actuators •approx. 1,300 m of heating and drinking water pipelines made of stainless-steel pipe •Extensive pipe insulation in accordance with GEG as well as fire protection seals •approx. 230 m of sound-insulated wastewater pipelines DN 50 to DN 110 •16 decentralized ventilation units for classrooms and group rooms •approx. 4 centralized ventilation systems with heat recovery and air capacities of up to approx. 3,550 m³/h •approx. 300 m of spiral ducts and air duct systems incl. sound attenuators, fire dampers and volume flow controllers •approx. 20 WC facilities, 5 urinals and accessible sanitary facilities •approx. 17 washbasins plus sanitary and plant-room equipment •approx. 44 electronic instantaneous water heaters of various power classes •WC partition wall systems for school, kindergarten, cafeteria and sanitary areas •Core drilling, wall chases and pipe penetrations in new and existing buildings •Mobile construction-site heating incl. heating oil supply during the conversion phase •Dismantling work, pressure tests, water sampling Procedure: open.
