The existing building must be cleared of hazardous substances before the refurbishment and conversion work begins. For this purpose, hazardous substances coordination services are required for planning and execution. Proof of specialist knowledge pursuant to DGUV Rule 101-004 or expertise pursuant to TRGS 524 as well as TRGS 519 is required. Also required is the submission of summaries of two reference projects with comparable measures, max. 2 DIN A4 pages each. The contractor's project management must ensure that, if required, it can appear personally on site at the construction site within 24 hours. Commissioning in stages remains reserved. Gross floor area of existing building: approx. 611 m2, construction start 2029, construction completion 2030. Procedure: open.
