RV Forms The contract is intended to enable the BA headquarters to provide the offices with forms in different qualities, formats and colors over the contract period of four years from the award of the contract. Both parties will have the option to terminate at the end of the second or third contract year with a notice period of 6 months. The contract includes the printing production of forms in various versions and different print runs (from approx. 150 to 1,300,000 per form) as well as their delivery. The stated quantities are to be understood solely as calculation quantities. There is no minimum purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Notwithstanding this calculation quantity, the contractor undertakes to deliver order quantities below and above it in accordance with the contract. Procedure: open.
