Opportunity description

Framework contract for 8 years (call-off period 2 years +1 year / +service life 5 years) for the purchase of up to 30,000 A4 black-and-white desktop printers, including consumables and support/service/GWL. The subject of this invitation to tender is the purchase, by call-off and delivery, of black-and-white desktop printers under a framework contract with one contractor. The devices will be used in all BA offices and job centers. They are intended as USB desktop printers or as network printers for small workgroups with low print volumes. This invitation to tender includes the following services: • Delivery of preconfigured black-and-white desktop printers, including power connection cable and initial supply of consumables • Delivery of consumables / wear parts for the black-and-white desktop printers • Take-back of transport and packaging materials as well as residual consumables • Service and support services • Claims arising from defects Optional service: • Delivery of additional paper trays for the black-and-white desktop printers (without any call-off obligation) The minimum purchase quantity for printers is 10,000 units. The estimated purchase quantity, including the minimum purchase quantity, is 30,000 units, without any purchase obligation beyond the minimum purchase quantity. The maximum quantity for this procurement is 30,000 desktop printers. This value represents the upper limit under procurement law for use of the framework agreement and has no connection with estimated quantities used as a basis by the BA or budgetary funds planned by the BA.
