As part of TK's emergency preparedness for information technology, in the event of a disaster (K-Fall), the contractor must fully take over the tasks of the DRZ within a maximum of eight hours—in other words, receive the TK central correspondence data, print it, place it in envelopes, and deliver it to the postal service on time.
