Germany – Programming services of packaged software products – Framework agreement for CAFM for the operation of FAIR with GSI

Opportunity description

For the joint operation of FAIR and GSI, a powerful, reliable and flexible CAFM system is being put out to tender as a negotiated procedure with a call for competition (Computer-Aided Facility Management). The system collects and structures the associated data on real estate, facilities, installations and processes and provides work processes for operation and for FAIR and GSI to fulfil operator responsibilities. Through the CAFM system, the data is also made available in a structured and quality-assured manner for other applications and work processes. At the same time, information from other areas is also to be incorporated and linked via interfaces. In addition, alphanumeric, graphical and user-specific evaluations are to be enabled, ranging from simple area reports to the presentation of complex dependencies. An implementation project and a usage phase of approximately 4 years each are currently planned for this purpose; from the current perspective, approximately 10–15 years should be allowed for the further steps through to full joint use and the initially associated phased commissioning. For this reason, optional extensions of a further 4 years and twice 2 years are envisaged, resulting in the following contract phases: - Implementation phase of 4 years followed by - Usage phase of 4 years plus, if applicable, - Extension options for the usage phase of a maximum of 8 years (1x4 years + 2x2 years) Procedure: neg-w-call.
