Introduction and migration of SAP SuccessFactors with comprehensive implementation incl. project management (PL/ TPL) & hypercare: - SF Integration, Platform & Analytics & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF EC Core HR incl. migration from HCM (OM) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF ECPay incl. migration from HCM (PY) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Time incl. migration from HCM (PT) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Recruiting & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Onboarding & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Learning incl. migration (e.g. CSV files) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution The scope of services comprises the complete, acceptance-ready introduction and migration of the core HR processes, including: - Introduction, system design and configuration of the SAP Integration Suite Starter Edition and SAP SuccessFactors modules (SF modules) - Implementation of integrated end-to-end processes - Implementation based on SAP standard functionalities and preconfigured SAP Partner Packaged Solutions (PPS) - Retention of all previous functionalities and interfaces or implementation through adequate, suitable standard solutions under SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) or the SAP Partner Packaged Solutions - Project management, risk, schedule and quality control - Planning and execution of testing, migration, quality assurance, training, production commissioning (cutover, go-live) and documentation - Support for organizational change (change management) - Support during a hypercare phase after go-live Procedure: neg-wo-call.
