The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive, technically focused project management for the introduction of electronic records management (eFile) using a document management system (DMS) in the contracting public-law corporation. The DMS product (d.velop AG) has already been procured and is in operational use. The contract covers both technical and organizational project management across all project phases, in particular: - Project initiation, - Analysis of the initial situation - Target concept and roadmap - Implementation and introduction The responsible person assumes a central role as a link between the steering committee and the project team and bears operational responsibility for managing and implementing the project. This includes, in particular, regular reporting to the steering committee, tailored to the recipients, on project progress, risks, deviations and decisions required.
