Opportunity description

The subject of the framework agreement is the provision, implementation, configuration, operation, and support of a central cloud-based data, documentation, and communication platform for the contracting authority's construction, infrastructure, and real estate projects. The platform is designed for the execution of projects of various sizes and is intended in particular to support both large-scale projects with high construction volumes and smaller and medium-sized construction and infrastructure measures. It serves as a central information and collaboration platform throughout the entire project life cycle and supports in particular document and plan management, project communication, workflow and approval processes, task and ticket management, role and authorization management, versioning, audit trail functions, research and search functions, reporting, as well as the connection and integration of third-party systems via open interfaces.
