Regular service on MVV regional bus route 259: Pasing Bf (S) (R) – Gräfelfing, Am Haag – Martinsried; regular service on MVV regional bus route 265: Pasing Bf (S) (R) – Gräfelfing – Steinkirchen - Planegg (S) The district of Munich, as the competent authority, represented by Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the competent bodies, to put the transport service for MVV regional bus routes 259 and 265 out to tender throughout Europe, with effect from 10.12.2028 to 11.12.2038, in an open procedure pursuant to § 15 VgV (Competitive tendering procedure (Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007)). Regular service on MVV regional bus route 259: Pasing Bf (S) (R) – Gräfelfing, Am Haag – Martinsried; regular service on MVV regional bus route 265: Pasing Bf (S) (R) – Gräfelfing – Steinkirchen - Planegg (S) The use of subcontractors is permitted but must be approved by the contracting authority. Quantity and value of the service: MVV regional bus route 259: - approx. 186,991 Nwkm/a - 3 new 12 m low-floor vehicles - approx. 15 stops - estimated value excluding VAT: range from 12,600,000 to 12,900,000 EUR. MVV regional bus route 265: - approx. 293,504 Nwkm/a - 4 new 12 m low-floor vehicles - approx. 21 stops - estimated value excluding VAT: range from 16,800,000 to 17,200,000 EUR. Exclusive rights will be granted. The exclusive right protects the service concerned against transport services that impair the passenger potential of these services to a more than insignificant extent, insofar as they are not initiated by the contracting authority itself. It includes services pursuant to §§ 42 and 43 PBefG. The tenderers or the members of a bidding consortium must already have successfully provided similar services. The provision of the services is reserved for a particular profession.
