Opportunity description

As the competent contracting authority, the Schwandorf District intends, with effect from 16.12.2026, to award a public service contract for transport services in the Schwandorf District for a duration of 6 years to operate on-demand bus services on BAXI on-demand bus routes 8401 through 8412 inclusive within the territory of the Schwandorf District. Each route constitutes a separate lot. The transport service will be awarded by lot, with each route constituting a complete lot and being awarded only as an overall service per lot (see Section 8a(2), sentence 4 in conjunction with Section 13(2a), sentence 2 PBefG). Operation of an on-demand bus service on route 8401 in the Trausnitz - Wernberg-Köblitz - Pfreimd sector, in accordance with the associated timetable in the annex, as well as the specifications in the annex. The Oberpfalz Nord fare shall apply. A switch to the RVV fare is expected in 2027. Further details are set out in the procurement documents. Operation of an on-demand bus service on route 8402 in the Gleiritsch - Guteneck - Altendorf - Schwarzach - Nabburg sector, in accordance with the associated timetable in the annex, as well as the specifications in the annex.
