Opportunity description
Y-switches on the H-Bahn main line The H-Bahn (suspended railway) is a fully automated and unstaffed local transport system with a guideway consisting of steel supports and girders. The guideway girders are designed as hollow box girders with a slot at the bottom. The bottom flanges inside the hollow box form the running surfaces for the running wheels of the cabin bogies and are simultaneously used as braking surfaces for the mechanical brakes acting on the bottom flanges from below and above. The web plates of the guideway girders provide lateral guidance for the bogies. The H-Bahn switch consists of the switch girder and the installed switch operating mechanism. The geometry is determined by the route alignment. The switch operating mechanism is installed inside the switch girder. The operating mechanism drive is arranged on the top flange. The two Y-switches on the main line, WE01.02 (girder FA01TR024) and WE04.01 (girder FA04TR056), will be replaced. Both switches are identical in design. The manufacture of the switch girders and operating mechanisms is the subject of this invitation to tender. The services include delivery and installation, as well as dismantling and disposal of the existing switches. Furthermore, the switch drive cover and the protective railings for switch access must be manufactured and installed. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
