Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the acceptance and loading, transport, and proper and legally compliant disposal (primarily recovery) of filter dust (AVV waste code number 19 01 13*) from the flue gas cleaning system of TV Schwarza. If required, the contracting authority will exercise the option to commission the acceptance, loading, transport, and proper and legally compliant disposal also of boiler dust (AVV waste code number 19 01 15*), likewise from the flue gas cleaning system of TV Schwarza. The background and framework conditions for exercising this option are described in more detail under 1.3. The contractor must ensure the complete and uninterrupted disposal of TVS filter dust within the specified scope of services and in accordance with the state of the art. Procedure: open.
