Framework agreement for the collection and disposal of hazardous waste at the recycling centers in the Ostholstein district Framework agreement for the collection and disposal of hazardous waste at the recycling centers in the Ostholstein district The Ostholstein Special-Purpose Association, Waste Management Division, operates three recycling centers in the Ostholstein district: Recycling Center North at Meeschendorfer Weg, 23758 Heiligenhafen (Neuratjensdorf), Recycling Center Central at Industrieweg 15, 23730 Neustadt i.H., and Recycling Center South at Loog 13, 23611 Bad Schwartau. Various hazardous wastes from households and commercial enterprises are accepted and collected at the three recycling centers. The quantities collected annually (as of 2025) are listed in the specifications under item 03.1 Recycling Center North, 03.2 Recycling Center Central, 03.3 Recycling Center South, as well as 03.4 Exchange of safety containers and 03.5 Provision of Lithiumba safety containers.
