Opportunity description
The contracting authority is awarding the contract for the recycling of waste paper (PPK) in the Eichsfeld district. The quantity of waste paper subject to the waste disposal responsibility of the Eichsfeld district, including a portion of the licensed packaging waste made of paper/cardboard/cartons (PPK), is being put out to tender in accordance with the Packaging Law Implementation Act (VerpackDG). The waste paper will be handed over to the contractor compressed into bales. During the 36-month contract term, 11,500 Mg of waste paper is expected to be recycled. Due to fluctuations in the collected quantity and the release claims of the dual systems, the quantity to be recycled may change by up to ± 15%. Procedure: open.
