The contract to be awarded comprises the following services: - transport and - recycling of the used textiles collected in the district of Konstanz. The used textiles are collected using a bring system via containers, particularly at recycling centers and municipal works yards, as well as at decentralized collection points in the district of Konstanz. The provision of containers, including their cleaning, maintenance, and repair, is part of the service, unless the cities / municipalities and the district itself provide them. Cleaning of the collection points is the responsibility of the contracting authority or the cities and municipalities of the district of Konstanz and is therefore not part of the service. The quantities covered by the service and to be recycled consist of used textiles in an "as collected" composition. The procurement also includes the disposal of materials that are not suitable for recycling. Procedure: open.
