Recovery of category A III waste wood from private households in the City of Chemnitz (01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027) The subject matter of the service to be offered is the acceptance and the proper and environmentally sound recovery of the quantity of category A III waste wood collected from private households in the City of Chemnitz (Annex III of the Waste Wood Ordinance of 15 August 2002, last amended on 19 June 2020). The type of waste wood put out to tender consists in particular of furniture and waste wood from bulky waste collection (waste code numbers 20 01 38, 20 03 07). The service includes the acceptance, treatment, where applicable intermediate storage, and recovery of these quantities of waste wood collected as part of public waste disposal, as well as record-keeping and the disposal of any contaminants that may arise. The total quantity comprises approximately 4,200 tonnes over the entire contract period. The anticipated volume of category A III waste wood is based on the actual figures for 2025 and a forecast for the contract period developed from them. Monthly or seasonal fluctuations in the quantities collected are possible and cannot be specifically verified. During the contract period, quantity deviations of up to +/- 10% in relation to the total quantity are possible. The bidder must ensure acceptance of the waste wood in the specified quantity, including the specified fluctuation range. Procedure: open.
