AWIGO GmbH ("AWIGO") is an entity held indirectly and exclusively by the District of Osnabrück, which has assumed responsibility for the district’s fulfilment of public-law waste disposal obligations as well as other waste disposal services and all services related thereto. It is responsible for organizing public-law waste disposal for approximately 360,000 residents in 34 cities, municipalities and joint municipalities. This involves a wide variety of waste streams, particularly residual waste, paper waste, organic waste and lightweight packaging waste. For this purpose, two- and four-wheeled containers are to be procured for 2027. For this purpose, a framework agreement for the supply of two- and four-wheeled containers with a maximum term of 36 months and specified maximum quantities is to be concluded. AWIGO GmbH ("AWIGO") is an entity held indirectly and exclusively by the District of Osnabrück, which has assumed responsibility for the district’s fulfilment of public-law waste disposal obligations as well as other waste disposal services and all services related thereto. It is responsible for organizing public-law waste disposal for approximately 360,000 residents in 34 cities, municipalities and joint municipalities. The framework agreement will be concluded with an initial term of one year and two unilateral extension options of one additional year each and can thus reach a maximum term of 36 months. Maximum quantities pursuant to Section 21(6) VgV will be specified for the entire possible contract term. These amount to 70,779 two-wheeled containers and 2,080 four-wheeled containers. Upon reaching the respective maximum quantity, the framework agreement automatically ends with regard to the service concerned.
