Germany – Refuse skips – Procurement procedure for the acquisition of waste collection containers

The Abfallwirtschafts- und Beschäftigungsbetriebe Landkreis Peine (hereinafter: "Contracting Authority") is a municipal institution under public law. It performs the function of a public waste management authority (§ 20 KrWG) in the Peine district. In its capacity as a public waste management authority (§§ 17, 20 KrWG), the Contracting Authority is tendering the procurement of waste collection containers for the collection of household waste generated and surrendered in the territory of the Peine district. The subject matter of the procurement is the delivery of waste collection containers with different filling volumes specific to each lot and for the collection of the waste fractions known in household waste: organic waste, residual waste, PPK (paper, cardboard, carton packaging). The contracts to be concluded are framework agreements pursuant to § 21 VgV. Entitlements to the provision of services and remuneration generally arise exclusively following an individual call-off issued by the Contracting Authority in text form (§ 126b BGB). Exempt from the requirement for an individual call-off are the quantities of waste collection containers that are commissioned upon award of the contract. Procedure: open.
