Dismantling, transport, installation and commissioning of approximately 136 machine items as well as approximately 324 cbm of material/accessories at Hochschule Mainz. The subject of the invitation to tender is the dismantling, transport, installation and commissioning of approximately 136 machine items (complexity classes A-C) as well as approximately 324 m³ of material and accessories from the workshops and laboratories of Hochschule Mainz. The machine list comprises a total of 617 items, with the majority consisting of accessories, materials and raw materials, the quantities of which are recorded in m³. The services comprise the relocation from the source location at Holzstraße 36, 55116 Mainz, to the new building at Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße, 55128 Mainz (2nd construction phase). Performance of the services begins on 15.07.2026 and takes place during the lecture-free period. Key aspects are the heavy-load transport of machines weighing up to more than 1,500 kg (including the use of truck-mounted cranes and inclined lifts), the coordination of manufacturer involvement for special installations, and compliance with an area priority specified by the contracting authority. Only passenger elevators are available at both locations. The contract will be awarded undivided to one contractor. Variants are not permitted. Procedure: open.
