Opportunity description
Münster University Hospital had concluded a framework agreement for relocation services, which entered into force in 2025. Due to a significantly higher demand for services than originally forecast, particularly in connection with extensive construction measures and the associated relocation projects, the agreed contract volume was exhausted prematurely. The subject of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of a new framework agreement for relocation services for the coming years. The framework agreement covers project-related relocations as well as all other relocation services arising in the course of ongoing hospital operations. These include, in particular, ward, office, laboratory, and employee relocations within the contracting authority's premises as well as (depending on the lot) dangerous goods transport and other special transport. The contract begins after completion of the procurement procedure, i.e. upon award of the contract. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
