The procurement concerns the maintenance of the interior doors and associated hold-open systems at the Grifflenberg Campus of the University of Wuppertal. According to the door table attached to the procurement documents, the Grifflenberg Campus comprises 1875 interior doors (Esco, Forster, GEZE, Hörmann, Hueck, Jansen, Lindner, Novoferm, Schannz, Schüco, Tortec) and 186 hold-open systems (GEZE, Dorma) from various manufacturers, distributed across 23 buildings and 3 parking garages. The subject of this procurement is the annual maintenance of all interior doors, including associated hold-open systems, smoke detectors and ceiling detectors, as well as their inclusion in a door list in accordance with the appendix Door Table Grifflenberg Campus. This door list is currently still maintained manually. In the future, it is planned to enter all doors into the existing CAFM program (Planon). The maintenance documentation must then be maintained accordingly in the CAFM program. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 310,500 EUR.
