Opportunity description

The framework agreement covers repair services from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 for the Multi 2 WLS system at maintenance levels 2/3 at the contractor's premises, with the following material numbers: 124081164 124081169 124081158 124169118 123421450 123499545 The provision of services (inspection and repair) is planned to take place approximately 100% at the contractor's premises. A list of locations as of 07/2026 can be found in Appendix A to Annex 1 (see participation documents). The distribution of services as well as the number and locations of the equipment listed in the annexes may vary during the term of the contract. The forecast order volume for the performance period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is approximately 25,000 (12,000 in 2027 and 13,000 in 2028) maintenance orders, with an assumed total volume of 344,000 (160,000 in 2027 and 184,000 in 2028) maintenance hours. As an option, an additional total of 12,500 (6,000 in 2027 and 6,500 in 2028) repair orders (quantity option), with an estimated total volume of 172,000 (80,000 in 2027 and 92,000 in 2028) hours, may be commissioned for the performance period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. As soon as the total number of forecast repair orders and optional orders reaches 37,500, the framework agreement ceases to be effective. As an option, the framework agreement may be extended by 1 year, but no later than 31.12.2029 (extension option). The planned quantity for the optional extension period is a total of approximately 13,000 maintenance orders, with a forecast volume of 184,000 repair hours. In addition, during the optional period up to 31.12.2029, a further 6,500 repair orders with an estimated volume of 92,000 repair hours (quantity option) may optionally be commissioned. The contracting authority is under no obligation to call off the forecast total quantity or the options, with regard to either the quantity or the extension.
