The framework agreement covers the repair of the KPz Leopard 2 A6 + A7 system at maintenance level 4 during the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.05.2027, with the following supply numbers (VERSNR): 2350-12-409-5801 2350-12-409-5795 2350-12-406-0481 2350-12-416-8772 2350-12-427-9280 The forecast volume is 8 systems for the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.05.2027. Optionally, up to a maximum of 3 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W86. If required, up to a maximum of 2 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W82. The upper limit for this period is 11 systems under service type W86 and 2 systems under service type W82. Optionally, the framework agreement may be extended until 31.05.2028 (extension option). The planned quantity for the optional extension period is 8 systems under service type W86 and, if required, 2 systems under service type W82. In addition, up to a maximum of 3 systems may optionally be commissioned under service type W86 (quantity option). The upper limit for this period is 11 systems under service type W86 and 2 systems under service type W82 Once the upper limit is reached, the framework agreement ceases to be effective. The contracting authority has no obligation to commission the optional systems. The forecast volume is 5 systems for the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.05.2027. Optionally, up to a maximum of 3 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W86. If required, up to a maximum of 2 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W82.
