The framework agreement covers the repair, during the period from 01.06.2025 to 31.05.2028, of the Fennek JFST & Späh 1A2 system at maintenance level 4 with the following supply numbers (VERSNR): 2355-12-382-4111 2355-12-382-4113 2355-12-408-5162 2355-12-408-5160 The forecast volume is 31 systems for the period from 01.05.2025 to 31.05.2028. Optionally, a maximum of up to 4 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W86. Optionally, a maximum of up to 6 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W82. The upper limit for this period is 35 systems under service type W86 and 6 systems under service type W82. As soon as the upper limit is reached, the framework agreement ceases to be effective. The contracting authority is under no obligation to commission the optional systems. The forecast volume is 16 systems for the period from 01.05.2025 to 31.05.2028. Optionally, a maximum of up to 2 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W86. Optionally, a maximum of up to 3 additional systems may be commissioned under service type W82. The upper limit for this period is 18 systems under service type W86 and 3 systems under service type W82. As soon as the upper limit is reached, the framework agreement ceases to be effective.
