Opportunity description

The contract comprises the factory repair of various assemblies of the MK 20mm and SPz Marder systems. When submitting their tenders, bidders must take into account that the information for the respective lots consists solely of estimated requirements derived from historical figures and includes any additional requirements that may arise (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract term may differ with regard to the required quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In every case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity combined in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not establish any obligation on the part of the contracting authority to issue individual orders. The contract term begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2030. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the option to extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2033. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, irrespective of the legal grounds, the framework agreement may be terminated by means of a special right of termination.
