Opportunity description

The subject of the invitation to tender is comprehensive Legionella prevention in vacant apartments by means of automatic hygienic flushing and its documentation. The unit price to be offered relates to the flat-rate service fee for Legionella flushing to be carried out every 72 hours per vacant apartment. It should therefore be assumed that there will be 122 flushes per apartment per year. Additional flushes must be performed separately as required. A vacancy volume of 280 residential units is assumed in the first contract year, 250 in the second year, 220 in the third year, 180 in the fourth year, 180 in the fifth year, and 180 in the sixth year.
