The subject of the procurement is the professional maintenance, inspection, testing, repair and troubleshooting of door systems in a hospital operation. The objective is to ensure the safe, trouble-free and legally compliant operation of all door systems, taking into account the special requirements of a hospital regarding hygiene, availability, personal safety and fire protection. The scope of services includes in particular: - Performance of regular maintenance and inspection in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, the relevant statutory provisions and the applicable technical regulations. - Functional testing, cleaning, lubrication, setting and adjustment of all relevant components. - Testing of safety and protective devices, including sensors, locking mechanisms, door coordinators, escape route functions, and emergency opening and unlocking devices. - Repair of damaged or worn components, including the supply and installation of suitable spare parts following prior coordination with the contracting authority. - Performance of the legally prescribed tests and documentation of all maintenance, testing and repair measures. The services relate in particular to: - automatic sliding and revolving door systems, - fire protection and smoke protection doors, - escape and emergency exit doors, - hold-open systems, - power-operated doors, - airlock and access systems, as well as - other door systems present in the building. The work must be planned and carried out in such a way that disruptions to ongoing hospital operations are reduced to a minimum. Areas involving patient care, intensive care medicine, operating theatre operations and other safety-relevant areas must be handled with particular consideration for operational processes. Necessary work outside regular operating hours must be carried out in coordination with the contracting authority. The contractor shall ensure that only qualified specialist personnel trained for the respective door systems are deployed. Installed spare parts must comply with the manufacturer's specifications or be technically equivalent and must meet all safety-relevant requirements. After each maintenance and repair operation, a maintenance or test report must be submitted containing information on the work performed, defects identified, recommended measures and, where applicable, components replaced. Identified safety-relevant defects must be reported to the contracting authority without delay. The services include all necessary ancillary services required for proper execution that ensures operational and functional safety. Procedure: open.
