For budgetary reasons, invoicing for the vehicle cannot take place until 2028. On this basis, the preliminary remarks set out below supplement the General and Special Terms and Conditions of the City of Dormagen as well as the Procurement and Contract Regulations for Supplies and Services, Part B, VOL NRW, and are acknowledged by the contractor as part of the contract.
